Shipping policy
Order fulfillment
Please allow 1–3 weeks for order fulfillment. This includes the time needed to process, prepare, and hand off your order to the carrier. Orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are in addition to the fulfillment window above.
Tracking your order
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. If you haven't received tracking information after 3 weeks, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us at support@nation32.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you to find a solution.
