We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from nation32.com. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, or unopened.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

How to start a return

1) Email us at support@nation32.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2) We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

3)Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided. We recommend keeping your tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at support@nation32.com within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@nation32.com. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you — either with a replacement or a full refund.
